Robert Thompson Wilder-Real Estate Broker

Robert has been helping people with their housing needs for his entire career. He has provided home consultation and services for thousands. Buyers & Sellers, residential leasing customers, large post-secondary student bodies, international clients, and groups relocating together have all benefited from his expertise. 

          He is currently an Arizona state licensed real estate broker and has held that status since 1987.  In putting together a vast array of experience in real estate, he has acted in the capacity of Designated Broker for large, publicly traded and privately funded companies, as well as for smaller boutique real estate brokerages. 

           He has worked on difficult and complex sales and listing transactions for buyers and sellers as their transaction representative; He has worked extensively on the acquisition and transfer of possession of thousands of properties nationwide,  including large portfolios of auction-acquired single family homes; He brings a lifetime of single family and multi-family property management and leasing experience representing landlords and tenants; He has overseen thousands of Forcible Detainer legal actions and with his strong understanding of the legal and contractual aspects of the sale or rental, he has served as an expert witness in court.

           Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and has a particular interest in real estate development, home renovation and restoration and providing affordable and desirable housing for the next generation. Licensed as a real estate broker in five states and as a real estate agent in a sixth, he has practiced real estate in many major, and some more remote US markets. He is committed to continuing education in the real estate field. He is also committed to fair and honest dealing with clients and customers alike.  He hopes to return to school for a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development.
